About Camilla

Camilla believes that whether climbing a mountain, working long hours or fighting a disease, nutritional balance is vital to supporting your body. She uses both whole foods and supplements to help her clients reach their optimum strength, and compliments western medicine where appropriate. Camilla has a balanced, healthy approach to health and food, strongly believing that each and every one of us is an individual, and that foods work differently in each of our bodies. Most importantly, she believes that fuelling your body to optimum health is about focusing on what to include, rather than exclude, in your diet.

Camilla specializes in Women’s Health, but sees a wide range of clients seeking help with a variety of conditions: low energy, post-surgical recovery, fertility, pregnancy, food sensitivities, cancer support, digestive problems, weight loss or gain, physical endurance problems, allergies, sleep apnea, body image and high stress levels among others.

Camilla was inspired by the power of nutrition when her father was fighting prostate cancer. Then, working in corporate London, she was struck by the powerful effect that his new diet had on his everyday health and wellbeing. A few years later Camilla moved from London to Sydney and while working as an IT Consultant, Camilla fought her own health issues. These in turn forced her out of the corporate world into a world of doctors and medical tests. During her recovery, Camilla worked with foods and learnt how to listen to her body, and she now firmly believes that the right nutrients at the right time really can make the difference between sickness and health.

Camilla set up her own private nutrition practice in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and has since moved to Las Vegas, Nevada where she has resumed her work. Having previously graduated from Bristol University, UK, Camilla trained as a Certified Nutritionist at the American Health Science University and National Institute of Nutritional Education in the USA. Eager to stay at the forefront of Nutritional research, Camilla received her Masters in Nutrition in December 2008, from Huntingdon College of Health Sciences, USA.
